Our door is always open to meet virtually with college students and recent graduates to give thoughtful feedback on portfolios and/or answer questions about working in the design industry as a professional designer.
For high school students interested in pursuing graphic design as a career, we are creating an online resource that will launch in early 2021, which will introduce this dynamic industry, what designers actually do, the skills and expertise you need, how to develop a professional portfolio, and a guide to selecting the right college.

We believe in using design for the greater good to make an impact in areas that are important to us: social justice, mental health, arts & culture, climate change, social services and education. At the start of each year, we select one nonprofit to partner with on a pro bono mission-driven design project.
DESIGNxRI (DxRI) works to create an opportunity-driven environment for the RI design sector to thrive. Through programs, partnerships, grants and events, DxRI helps to build community, advance skills and grow the design sector. CC:S has been one of DxRI’s design partners since 2017, developing campaign materials and participating in programs and events.
